🎸 Blues Lick of The Day #8
This funky lick bridges the transition between the I chord and the IV chord in the key of A. It’s a nice example of how using ‘motifs’ can help you to play blues guitar solos that ‘tell a story’.
*Notice how I repeat one of the phrases in a different area of the fretboard? That repeated phrase is what you would call a motif - a short musical phrase that can be repeated and developed throughout a piece of music.
***This is ‘I - IV Chord Line #10’ from Level 2 of my lick package - Funky Blues Lines - Available now 👉https://www.bulletproofguitarplayer.com/beyond-funky-option-page
