Improve your rhythm, inner feel with this rhythm displacement exercise
The idea is pretty straight forward :
Let's take a simple one bar rhythm pattern
Then we displace this same pattern from one 16th note
So this pattern will starts on beat one then on the second 16th notes, third and finally on the fourth 16th notes
Can be a bit unsettling at first ...
Practice each pattern looped, with a metronome / slow tempo
