This lick idea is all about a big ass 1 1/2 step bend on the B string. Make sure you have plenty of support from your thumb on the guitar neck and use your wrist as well as fingers to get control and the range on your bend.

To nail the pitch you can play the note three frets away from your bend point to give your ear reference for the bend.
