🎸 Learn how to play a D chord on guitar!
First, place your index finger on the second fret of the G string (that's the third thinnest string). Then your middle finger goes on the second front of the thinnest string. At this point, you'll want to adjust your thumb, put it a little bit lower so that you can get your ring finger onto the third fret of the B string. To make sure you're playing it right. You can test each string, make sure they're all ringing.
We strum the top 4 strings for the D chord. If you need some songs to practice the chord, I have a whole bunch on my channel, otherwise have a fun time practicing and I'll see you soon!
